These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of gnarape.com, including your purchase of Night Lights and related decorative lighting products offered through the website.
In these Terms, “Gnarape,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to GNARAPE FURNITURE GROUP, the operator of gnarape.com. “You,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any visitor, account holder, or customer using the website.
By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or complete a purchase.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

Measurements may contain minor reasonable differences. Wood grain, tone, texture, knots, finish, and decorative details may vary between products. Packaging or nonessential components may be updated when necessary.
Natural and minor production variations are not considered defects when the product remains materially consistent with its description and intended use.
Customers should review the individual product page carefully before purchasing.
4. Product Use and Safety
Unless otherwise stated, Gnarape Night Lights are intended for indoor decorative and ambient-lighting use.
Customers must:
Follow product-specific setup and care instructions. Use only compatible power sources, cables, adapters, and accessories. Keep products away from water, excessive moisture, open flames, and extreme heat. Avoid unauthorized repair, disassembly, or modification. Keep small components and packaging away from young children. Stop using a product if it shows visible electrical damage, overheating, or another safety concern.
Gnarape is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incompatible power accessories, improper storage, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions.
5. Prices and Currency
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on gnarape.com are shown and processed in USD.
The final amount displayed during checkout may include:

Prices may change without prior notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
Banks or payment providers may charge foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fees. These fees are not collected or controlled by Gnarape.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order-confirmation email only confirms that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
An order is generally accepted after:

7. Order Information and Changes

Changes are not guaranteed after an order has been packed, labeled, assigned for carrier collection, or transferred to the carrier.
Gnarape is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional carrier charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information.
8. Order Refusal or Cancellation by Gnarape
We may refuse, hold, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:
Payment is declined or cannot be verified A product is unavailable Billing or shipping information is incomplete The delivery address is unsupported Fraud or unauthorized payment is suspected Purchase limits are exceeded An obvious pricing, inventory, or technical error occurs The order appears unlawful or abusive Fulfilling the order would violate applicable law
If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.
9. Payment
Payment must be completed using a method displayed during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:
The information is accurate. You are authorized to use the payment method. The payment provider may process the transaction. The applicable order charges may be collected.
Transactions may be subject to authorization, fraud screening, identity verification, card-issuer approval, and payment-provider rules.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers may be subject to separate conditions displayed at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
Only one discount code may be used per order. Codes must be entered before checkout is completed. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Promotions may exclude certain products or destinations. Promotional offers have no cash value. Minimum-purchase thresholds are calculated after product discounts. Taxes and shipping fees do not count toward product-subtotal thresholds.
We may reject or cancel a promotion affected by technical error, unauthorized duplication, fraud, or misuse.
If part of a promotional order is returned or canceled, the discount may be recalculated according to the products retained.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping destinations, order handling, estimated transit times, shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, tracking, customs, delivery delays, and returned parcels are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered.
Delivery may be affected by:

If we cannot ship within the stated or agreed timeframe, we will handle the delay and any applicable cancellation or refund according to our policies and applicable requirements. The FTC requires online sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipment timing and to address delays through customer consent or refunds when required.
12. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges
Taxes collected by Gnarape will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
International orders may be subject to:

Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Gnarape cannot declare an inaccurate product value, identify a commercial order as a gift, or provide false customs information.
13. Order Cancellations
Customers should contact Gnarape as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
Cancellation may only be available before the order has been:
Packed Labeled Assigned for carrier collection Transferred to the carrier
Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be canceled. The customer may request an eligible return after delivery.

14. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged-product claims, incorrect orders, missing components, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
For change-of-mind returns:
Prior approval is required. The product must be unused, complete, and securely packaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
For approved damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products, Gnarape will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.
No standard restocking fee applies to approved returns.
15. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
The website may allow customers to submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, questions, or other content.
You retain ownership of original content you create.
By submitting content to Gnarape, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, publish, display, and use that content for website operation, customer support, product presentation, and marketing.

22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gnarape is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.

Where liability may legally be limited, Gnarape’s total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product and its applicable shipping charges.

Alaska’s Consumer Protection Act prohibits unfair or deceptive business practices, and nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce protections that legally apply to customers.

We will make reasonable efforts to reduce the effect of these events and communicate material order delays.
Mandatory cancellation, refund, and delivery rights remain unaffected.
24. Complaints and Disputes
Customers should first contact Gnarape so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

We will review complaints in good faith and may request additional information.

These Terms and purchases made through gnarape.com are governed by applicable United States law and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Alaska.
No provision in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer protections that apply in a customer’s place of residence.
Disputes will be handled by courts or dispute-resolution bodies with lawful jurisdiction.

Failure by Gnarape to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
