Products, Pricing & Accuracy (Decorative Wall Maps)

Gnarape specializes exclusively in selling decorative push-pin wall maps made from wood and cork. Product photographs, listed dimensions, materials (wood types, finishes), and pricing are prepared with precision; however, minor deviations may occur:

• Natural Material Variance: Wood naturally exhibits unique grain patterns, color shifts, and knots; cork surfaces may also vary. Products assembled by hand may feature minor, acceptable tolerances in alignment.
• Screen Display Differences: The color rendering and brightness can vary significantly between different display screens and devices.
• Product Context: Only the components specifically listed on the product detail page are included in your purchase (e.g., the map segments and pin set).
• Installation & Care: Please adhere strictly to the provided installation and care instructions. Protect the wooden and cork materials from harsh, direct sunlight, extreme fluctuations in humidity, and prolonged exposure to moisture.

Prices, product availability status (which is generally in stock), and map features are subject to change without prior notice. All prices, associated charges, and subsequent refunds are denominated and processed in USD. Should a significant factual error be identified (e.g., in pricing, availability, or description), Gnarape reserves the right to rectify the error and may cancel or refund any affected order; if Gnarape initiates the cancellation, you will receive a comprehensive refund in USD.

Orders, Payments, Taxes & Cancellations

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Gnarape formally accepts this offer only when an order confirmation is transmitted to you, and the order preparation or shipping process has actively begun. Gnarape retains the right to decline or cancel any order (ee.g., due to an unavailable item, pricing error, or suspicion of misuse/fraud) and may request additional verification (such as address checks or bank authorization) as required.

• Payment: Please use the official methods displayed during checkout. Gnarape does not store full credit card numbers. You commit to paying all costs clearly displayed at checkout in USD.
• International Charges: The management of duties, VAT/GST, and any associated brokerage fees is dictated by the Shipping Policy for your destination country; applicable amounts (if any) are fully disclosed at checkout in USD.
• Currency: All financial transactions and refunds are managed in USD; your banking institution or PayPal determines the applicable Foreign Exchange (FX) rates and fees.
• Title & Risk: Ownership (Title) of the product transfers to you after full payment has been successfully completed. The risk of product loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier to your specified address (or upon collection by you or your appointed agent).

As our maps are generally kept in stock and ready to ship, the window for cancellation may be very brief. After shipment occurs, or after customs clearance for international orders, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery (Standard Parcel Service)

Please review the Shipping Policy for the complete and binding terms. Our wall maps generally ship via standard parcel services (as opposed to large freight). The carrier will provide tracking information. Stairs, elevators, missed delivery attempts, or requests for changes to the destination address may incur carrier fees as detailed in the Shipping Policy.

Upon the arrival of your package, thoroughly inspect the exterior packaging before accepting or signing for the delivery. If any external damage is apparent, document it on the carrier’s paperwork, immediately take high-resolution photos, and promptly contact Gnarape. Retain all original packaging materials until the next steps (repair, replacement, or refund) are confirmed.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Refer to the Return & Refund Policy for definitive information regarding eligibility, required steps, and processing timelines (all handled in USD). Custom-sized or highly personalized items may be exempt from returns, except in cases of confirmed product defects or damage sustained during shipping. Initiate any return process by contacting Gnarape first; returned items must be in like-new condition and, ideally, sent back in their original protective packaging. We may request photographs to expedite the resolution process (for repair, replacement parts, exchange, or refund). Refunds are disbursed back to the original payment method in USD; the final posting time for the funds is dictated by your bank or PayPal. Where mandatory local consumer rights (e.g., EU/UK withdrawal rights for eligible non-custom goods) are legally applicable, they will be fully honored.

Your Content & Intellectual Property

All proprietary content on the Website (including but not limited to text, photographs, graphic elements, logos, videos, site layouts, and software) is the property of Gnarape or its trusted partners and is protected by applicable law. You must not copy, reproduce, or repurpose any content without obtaining prior written authorization.

If you submit product reviews, customer photos, or any other user-generated content, you grant Gnarape a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt for clarity, and distribute that content across our store, email newsletters, advertisements, and social media channels (with credit provided where feasible). You must not submit content that you do not legally own or that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or violates the privacy rights of others. Warranties, Safety & Care

Many of our wall maps include a limited residential warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship (details available on the product page or included documentation). This warranty explicitly does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, expected natural movement of the wood material, discoloration due to age/sunlight exposure, incorrect assembly or installation, misuse, commercial application, or damage caused by excessive moisture, heat, or inappropriate cleaning agents.

Safety Precaution: Ensure the map is securely mounted using appropriate hardware suitable for your specific wall material. Follow all assembly and installation guides diligently. Except for the express written warranties we provide, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Gnarape disclaims all implied warranties (such as merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose). Statutory consumer rights that legally cannot be limited remain fully in force.

Limitation of Liability

To the absolute fullest extent permissible by law, Gnarape shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of use or profits) not directly caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. For any claim that may arise, Gnarape’s total liability to you will not exceed the full USD amount you originally paid for the specific map item involved in the dispute.

• Force Majeure: Gnarape is excused from liability for delays or failures in performance caused by unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control (such as extreme weather, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, material shortages, governmental actions, etc.). Nothing stated here excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded by governing law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed as specified below, with non-exclusive legal venue retained in your country of residence where mandatory consumer protection laws dictate:

• United States: The laws of the State of TX.
• United Kingdom & European Union (FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT): Your respective national laws and applicable EU/UK consumer protection rules.
• Canada: Federal laws and applicable provincial or territorial laws.
• Australia: The laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.

Should any specific part of these Terms be determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply in full force.
